Many people experience feelings of stuckness at various points in their life.
Sometimes this stuckness is literal:
You’re unable to escape a home you no longer want to be in, a neighborhood that isn’t safe, a house you’re confined to, etc.
And, often, the stuckness is more metaphorical in nature:
