The Language of Adaptation

Weekly class meets on Mondays at 11am PDT.

Each class consists of:

  • A segment of breath work, meditation, or embodiment practice
  • A lecture segment
  • Discussion, Q&A
  • Session will be recorded and available in course portal for 2 weeks following the class
  • Course portal with bonus materials and resources

Each class will be 75-90 minutes long. Zoom link will be **emailed to your the day of the meeting.

This is a monthly membership program and you can cancel at any time through the membership portal. 

Upon registration, a one-time setup fee of $333 applies in addition to the monthly membership rate $111.

In your course library you will have access to over 60 weeks of past classes, bonus materials, as well as the live weekly class—an overall value exceeding $2000, all for the introductory price of $444 total.
