What is an AOK - Affidavit of Knowing?

AoK stands for Affidavit of Knowing.

An affidavit is a written statement that is sworn to be true by the affiant (woman/man who signs it). It is an oath.

Signing an AoK is just like swearing in court that you will tell the whole truth and your word is your bond.

By signing the Ever Better Wellness Trust AoK, you are swearing that you are a competent individual who takes responsibility for their actions, will abide by the EBW Trust terms and conditions, and comply with all conditions to support the integrity of the mission.

This private common law contract states the terms and conditions by which you, an affiliate, and EBW Trust (hereafter referred to as “Organization” or “the Organization'') engage.

As an affiliate of EBW, you are dedicated to serving the mission of mental, physical, and spiritual awareness.

You support teachings and offerings which are intended to expand awareness, support the development of individual human freedom, and cultivate the capacity for conscious choice to living men and women.

Compensation:

The Organization accepts compensation at agreed upon share percentage related to mutually supported products and offerings.

Share percentage: 15%

Disputes:

Disagreements will be brought to open discussion for fair remedy. An independent arbitrator will be retained if any dispute cannot be readily remedied through open discussion.

Termination:

The Organization and affiliate may renegotiate the terms of agreement as required and dissolve the agreement once compensation has been rendered.

The Spiritual Nature of affiliate and Association alignment is evidenced by the satisfaction of both parties and the harmonious service to the shared mission.
